1. Processing your order and delivery dates
All orders for products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products you have ordered aren't available and we won't process your order for them. We can only make deliveries to your home address, and if you've used one of our easy payment options, the products must be delivered over the threshold.
We'll fulfil your order within the relevant delivery lead time (in days or weeks) we give you. However please note that all delivery lead times we quote are approximate only. Delivery lead times start from the day the contract is formed, which is when we send you the order confirmation, or if you choose one of our easy payment options, when we receive your signed finance documents and sales contract.
Sometimes, particularly where your product is being made to order, delivery may be delayed through circumstances outside our control. In that case, we'll normally deliver your product within any revised lead time we give you – there may be exceptional circumstances that prevent this. We will of course, make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery time.
Once your product is ready for delivery, you'll be contacted to arrange a convenient time and date for delivery. Please give us accurate contact details so we can deliver your products as quickly as possible. We can't normally store products at our ScS distribution centres for longer than 7 working days following receipt.
2. Delivery & Installation
We have a range of standard charges for deliveries within a 30 mile radius of any ScS store (mainland UK only):

If you choose products with different standard charges, you'll only be charged one (the more or most expensive) standard charge. For example if you choose an Alfrank sideboard and lamp, the standard charge for both items will be £88.00. If you choose a bed under £99, a rug and a sofa, the standard charge for delivery of all 3 items will be £59.00.
Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries outside a 30-mile radius of an ScS store. We'll let you know what the charges will be before we confirm your order.
Once your product has been delivered to an ScS distribution centre, they will ring to arrange delivery. Where possible we will deliver within 2 working days. Some of our product will be delivered direct by the manufacturer please contact us if you require further details.
Before we deliver, you must either have settled any outstanding balance or have an easy pay contract in place.
3. On Delivery
On the day of delivery, please make sure the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that your product is going into and that the area you want the product to go into is cleared.
Our delivery team will unpack the product, place it in the room of your choice, remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. Please inspect your product carefully before signing for it. If your product is faulty, please tell the driver who will be able to advise you on your options or call our dedicated helpline 0845 6046344.
Unfortunately, unless we offer a specific collection service for the particular product you've ordered, we aren't able to take away your old furniture and you should make your own arrangements for this. We do collect old beds – see section 6 below.
We do not fit carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring; however we can help you arrange for a fitter to do that for you. – see section 4 below. For delivery only flooring orders, the delivery charge is payable directly to the fitter that will deliver your product to you.
If your product has to be redelivered, there may be an additional redelivery charge – see section 5 below.
4. Fitting of carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring
4.1 Carpet & vinyl
Fitting charges are payable directly to the fitter in cash on the day of installation and the contract for the installation is between you and your carpet fitter.

4.2 Laminate flooring
Laminate flooring and accessories are delivered on a Direct Home Delivery basis from the supplier.
Once your order has been fully paid including any finance documentation signed, returned and passed then the supplier will contact you directly to book a delivery day, followed by a phone call 1-hour prior to delivery on the day of delivery.
Should you wish to have your laminate flooring professionally installed and fitted you will need to organise this yourself. Installation charges vary and are dependent upon your location; however as a general guide the costs should be approximately £10 per square metre with a minimum charge of £100.
5. Re-Delivery
If you are not available to take delivery on the agreed day, you may have to pay a redelivery charge. The redelivery charges are:

6. Bed collect and recycle service.
Eco-friendly disposal of your old bed.
For only £29, we can collect your old bed from your home when we deliver your new one.
You can sleep soundly in the knowledge that you’ve done your bit for the environment, as well as saving you that dreaded trip to the tip.
