Q. What forms of payment do you accept in store?
You can make payment by cash, cheque, banker's draft, credit or debit card.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept online?
You can make payment by credit or debit card.
Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunatley, it is not possible to offer this payment option.
Q. When is the outstanding balance due to be paid?
Any balance still owing must be fully paid and cleared by the bank a minimum of 2 days before delivery. Please allow at least 7 working days clearance (10 working days in Scotland) if paying by cheque. If you place your order on-line we will request the full balance when the order is placed.
Q. What happens if I have already arranged finance?
If you have paid any agreed deposits, you need take no further action.
Q. Who do I contact regarding a payment query?
If you have any concerns about payment, please contact your local store as soon as possible, or if ordering on-line contact us now.
Delivery Service
Q. When will my furniture be delivered?
You will find an approximate delivery date quoted on your receipt. We will contact you when we have received your goods.
Q. Can you offer me a specific time slot?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a time but are able to guarantee a day. The delivery team will contact you one hour before delivery, to let you know they are on their way.
Q. What happens if I can't take delivery on the agreed date?
We are unable to store furniture, and therefore require you to take delivery within 5 days of the goods coming into our distribution centre.
Q. Who can I contact if I have any queries before my furniture is delivered?

Q. Will you remove my old sofa?
Unfortunatley, this is not possible. We recommend that you phone your local council or contact the Furniture Re-use Network on 0117 9543571
Q. Do you deliver to off-shore UK islands?
We can arrange deliveries to off-shore UK islands but there would be an additional delivery charge, which would be agreed at the branch at the point of sale.
Sofa Protection
Q. Why do you recommend sofa protection?
Buying new furniture is a major purchase, so it makes sense to protect it. Our sofa protection covers you for 5 years against a wide range of accidental damage.
Q. Can I order sofa protection if I have already placed my order?
Yes, anytime prior to delivery you may add it to your order. Simply contact your local branch for details or contact us. Unfortunately, you cannot request it once your order has been delivered.

Q. How long is my furniture guaranteed for?
Subject to normal 'wear and tear', every ScS sofa is covered by a 12 month parts and labour guarantee.
