With our 20-year frame guarantee, you can sit back and relax, knowing that your sofa and/or chair frame is covered against manufacturing defects.

What's covered and for how long?

Frame*: 20 years

Upholstered interiors (foam, fibre & feather filling) and covering material (fabric & leather): 12 months

Springs, mechanisms, and electrical components: 12 months

Our guarantee does not cover

• Wilful damage, damage caused by abnormal storage conditions, accidents, negligence by you (or any third party) or any commercial or institutional use.
• Failure to follow the instructions contained in our Care Guide or any written instructions provided with the product on delivery.
• Any alterations or repairs you carry out without our prior written approval.

• *The frame refers to the structural support of the sofa only before the sofa is upholstered. This does not include components such as springs, spring clips or arm cards.
• These terms and conditions apply to any repaired or replacement product/product components we supply to you until the end of the applicable guarantee period.
• The guarantee is provided to the purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Our 20 Year Guarantee does not affect your Statutory Rights.
