During these uncertain times, keeping our customers and employees safe is paramount to us.

Home safety measures

When delivering furniture or flooring to your home, or visiting for a consultation, we have taken vigorous steps before we arrive with you on the day. At the point of booking delivery, we have checked with all customers that they are able to accept delivery and nobody at the property is displaying symptoms or coronavirus. Some of the vigorous steps are delivery crew will be following include:

  • Sterilisation of all vehicles and tools before and after each delivery
  • Staying two metres away from customers at all times, limiting the contact with you and your property
  • Full PPE for all of our delivery crews
  • Paperless delivery confirmation - our crew will take a picture of the furniture in your home which will be added to your account

In-store safety measures

Our number one priority is to make sure our customers and colleagues feel safe in store. No matter which ScS store you’re visiting, we’re following the latest advice and guidance from the government as well as encouraging everyone in our stores to be mindful of others.

Social distancing and wearing masks is no longer required in our stores. However, we’re welcoming customers and ScS team members to wear a mask should they wish – please just ask one of our team if you’d prefer for a mask to be worn.

In addition to our stores being open, you can shop with us online. We're offering a live video service, so if you'd prefer to talk to us from home, one of our sales advisors can walk you around our showrooms at a time convenient to you.
