Coronavirus - How We Are Keeping You Safe

During these uncertain times, keeping our customers and employees safe is paramount to us. Following recent government guidance, our stores in England have now re-opened and we have re-started home delivery services. To help you understand the safety measures put in place, we've produced some handy videos so you know what to expect if you visit one of our stores, or are expecting a delivery to your home.

In Store Safe Shopping Measures

The safety of our customers and staff is at the forefront of everything we do, therefore we have put numerous steps in place to ensure your visit to one of our showrooms is safe and enjoyable for everyone involved. These steps include:

  • Free hand sanitiser for all customers at our store entrances
  • We'll be following the recommended 2-metre social distancing rule, as well as limiting the number of people allowed in our stores at one time
  • One way systems to help with social distancing
  • Cashless and paperless transactions

Home Safety

When delivering furniture or flooring to your home, or visiting for a consulation, we have taken vigorous steps before we arrive with you on the day. At the point of booking delivery, we have checked with all customers that they are able to accept delivery and nobody at the property is displaying symptoms or coronavirus. Some of the vigorous steps are delivery crew will be following include:

  • Sterilisation of all vehicles and tools before and after each delivery
  • Staying two metres away from customers at all times, limiting the contact with you and your property
  • Full PPE for all of our delivery crews
  • Paperless delivery confirmation - our crew will take a picture of the furniture in your home which will be added to your account
