Why we've partnered with Shelter
We are delighted to be partnering with the housing and homelessness charity Shelter to support their efforts to emphasis the importance of home - something that is close to us at ScS too.
Everyone deserves the right to a safe place to call home and this partnership allows us to help Shelter in their effort bring that security to people across the country.
Our efforts will not only support the charity with its national work but also those in the communities close to us by providing affordable furniture to Shelter stores.
How we're supporting Shelter
So far, we’ve helped Shelter by donating surplus home items to be resold in Shelter stores, with all revenue supporting their work to end the housing emergency.
In addition, our colleagues will also be supporting fundraising activities throughout the year and utilising their specialist skills through pro-bono assistance with floor fitting.
