Delivered with care

To make the delivery process as stress-free and as easy as possible for you, the evening before delivery, you will receive a reminder text message and an email detailing a timeslot.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a link that will let you track your driver, narrow down the timeslot and also provide you with the names of the delivery crew!

Upon delivery, our team will unpack your furniture in the room of your choice, carefully assemble your new products and remove all unwanted packing material so you can pop the kettle on, sit back and relax on your new sofa straight away.

We take pride in creating beautiful sofas that stand the test of time. We don’t believe in unaffordable design or low quality; quality furniture should be accessible to all.

Subject to normal wear and tear, all our furniture is covered by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee, including electrical components and recliner mechanisms, while our upholstery frames are backed by a 10-Year Guarantee.
