Delivery times explained
Once you have placed your order with ScS, we’ll give you an estimated date for your items to be delivered. As all orders are tailor-made by our highly-skilled manufacturers, delivery lead times are always approximate, and begin from the day you receive your order confirmation. If you’ve chosen one of our finance options, the lead time will begin as soon as we receive your signed finance documents and sales contract
As all of our products are made precisely to your requirements, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date at the point of order. Should there be any changes from our estimated delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll keep in touch with you throughout the process, advising of any changes to your original date. We’ll ensure you have a revised lead-time so you’ll know when to expect your order.
Once your order is ready
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. We aim to deliver within two working days of your order being received into our distribution centre, and our two man delivery crews operate between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. We understand that many of our customers may not be able to take a day off work during the week, so we also offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra charge. You are free to choose the delivery day that is convenient for you, although we are usually unable to store products at our ScS distribution centres for longer than seven working days. Please note that on the day of your delivery, someone will need to be at home within the hours of 7am and 7pm to receive your order. Our delivery team will call you an hour before they are due to arrive so you’ll know just when to expect them. Please provide a mobile number or daytime phone number so we can ensure there is little disruption to your day.
Please note, we are only able to deliver your order to your home address, and do not offer the option to collect your order from our stores or warehouses. All orders placed with ScS are subject to availability. If the item that you have ordered is no longer available, we’ll let you know as soon as we can, and your order will not be processed. If you have chosen one of our finance options, the product must be delivered over the threshold.
