Flooring Frequently Asked Questions


Once you have chosen your new furniture or flooring and placed your order, you can relax and let us take care of the rest. If you have selected finance as your payment method and a repayment term under 24 months, you will receive a decision within minutes about your eligibility for finance. If you have selected a repayment term over 24 months, a member of our online sales team will call you back at the time you requested to confirm some additional details and complete your order.

Measuring up for your new flooring might sound tricky, but it’s really straightforward. First you’ll need to determine what type of flooring you are looking for. We offer a range of carpets, vinyl flooring, LVT and laminate flooring in a choice of colours and finishes.

After you’ve selected the perfect flooring type for your room, use our handy flooring calculator to calculate the correct amount of flooring to order for your room size. Our carpet and vinyl ranges are sold in 3m, 4m or 5m rolls, whereas our laminate and LVT flooring is sold in packs.

But don’t panic, we are here to help you every step of the way. If you are unsure of how to measure your room or need some advice before placing your order, you can speak to a member of our online sales team who are on hand seven days a week to offer expert advice.

We can send someone to measure; all you would need to do is pick a flooring. You would be able to do this by paying a £59 refundable deposit which will get a surveyor sent out to you. The refundable deposit means if you choose not to go ahead with the order you get it back, or if you decide to go ahead it comes off your final bill. Pre-existing flooring should be removed before the fitting team arrives but we can uplift existing flooring for £1.50 per m².

Fitting appointments are a 1 day appointment, our fitters work 7am-7pm so they can complete larger orders within the day.

We will bag up old flooring for you but we cannot take it with us as we cannot put it in our delivery van.

Yes, we offer carpet samples currently and are looking to offer other flooring samples in the near future. For instructions on how to order Carpet Samples please click the link.

Our fitters work 7am-7pm.
Our fitters are self-employed so the amount you pay them in cash is taken off your order on our system.
Our carpet samples are 10cmx10cm.
If you don’t wish to go ahead after your surveyors quote we will refund the £59 deposit and cancel down any order.
