All of our sofas are covered by our 20-year frame guarantee. However, you can purchase additional protection for a one-off cost. We offer two 5-year care packages, which can be purchased at the time of ordering, or anytime before your sofa is delivered:

Our Elite Protect packages are designed to protect your new sofa and keep it looking great. With all of our protection plans you’re covered for everyday accidents like stains, rips or scuffs including any mishaps caused by pets and any accidental damage to the frame or mechanisms.

Yes. Our Premium and Ultimate Care Packages was replaced by our Elite Protect packages on 12th December 2025.
